About the Role: A place of opportunity! We are looking for a Clinical Midwife - Clinical Facilitator who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As the Clinical Midwife - Clinical Facilitator you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management of Maternity patients/residents/clients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met. This role works autonomously within the healthcare team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing and delivering of specialist Midwifery care.
