Job Title: Medical Negligence Locum
Job Reference: EMC / 27739
Job description: We are looking for an experienced Medical Negligence Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in Merseyside for an initial period of 6 months, with the strong likelihood of extension. This is a hybrid role with office attendance required at least once per week.
Day to day:
Dealing with various medical negligence claims to include but not limited to:
- Pregnancy issues from pre-eclampsia to stillbirths
- Surgical accident claims
- Incorrect or delayed diagnosis of cancer
- Orthopaedic injury
- Cauda equina syndrome
- Negligence from various specialists
- Handling post issue matters
The ideal candidate will be available on a full time basis at a short notice, and will have prior experience dealing with post-issues. Applications from part time candidates will also be considered.
Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
