As a New Enquiry Call Handler, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent service to prospective clients, ensuring that they are guided through the early stages of their potential claims in a timely and professional manner.
You’ll be responsible for handling incoming clinical negligence enquiries and making initial contact with potential clients to gather crucial information for the risk assessment process. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide top-tier client care will be essential in supporting our commitment to client satisfaction.

You’ll be a clear communicator with excellent telephone skills and a client-focused attitude. We’re looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team. A good eye for detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy is essential. Ideally, you’ll have some experience or understanding of clinical negligence, though full training will be provided. If you’re enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

- Communicate with clients regarding their case status, provide relevant feedback, and manage expectations regarding the next steps.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of enquiries, status updates, and outcomes to ensure efficient data management.
- Work collaboratively within the New Enquiry Team, offering support to colleagues and always providing excellent customer service.
- Work directly with our Clinical Negligence teams around the country to review and assess enquiries.
- Utilise your research and organisational skills to ensure Risk Assessors have the information needed to make informed decisions regarding case acceptance.
