WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for paralegals with knowledge of clinical negligence claims and the law as applicable to the role, together with familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and funding within the personal injury/clinical negligence field.
With the ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, we are looking for team players who are passionate about providing exceptional client care. Proficiency in IT applications and competence in using electronic case management systems is key to success in this team.

Our paralegals collaborate with other members of the team within specialised areas, such as liability investigations, medical record review, instructing experts and Counsel, client and witness meetings, legal research, disclosure preparation, and court attendance.
Working independently, they produce high-quality work, utilising case management systems, Word, and Excel.
