Description:
CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR
Location: Hybrid/ Glasgow Office
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between 8:00AM – 17:30PM)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence cases (litigated and non-litigated) in ASPIC and the Court of Session.
- Using the Case Management System effectively in accordance with agreed procedures to ensure cases are proactively managed.
- Conduct detailed legal research, draft pleadings, and attend case management hearings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process, ensuring they feel supported.
- Engage with medical experts and counsel to build strong, successful cases.
