The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Clinical Nurse (23 Hour Ward) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Optimise patient care and outcomes by working with and coordinating the multidisciplinary plan of care for patients
- Role model and demonstrate strong leadership skills within the specialty area
- Utilise advanced communication techniques during difficult conversations
- Provide direct and indirect supervision and support to Registered Nurses, Newly Qualified Nurses and Enrolled Nurses within the unit
