About you
As the Clinical Nurse in Endoscopy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. You will collaborate closely with VMOs and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail and a compassionate approach to healthcare.
This position is 0.9 FTE negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of standards including HICMR and GENCA
Provide support and education to all staff
Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation and decision making skills
Concise and accurate documentation skills with excellent time management abilities
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Commitment to the mission and values of Calvary
What you bring
Minimum 2 years Endoscopy experiance
Sound understanding of relevant clinical standards and local policies
AHPRA Registration
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
