Description:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree level qualifications in Nursing.
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current working with children’s check
- Current NDIS Workers Check
- Previous experience in delivering clinical training to frontline employees.
- Access to an insured vehicle and an unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Travel within the Diocese of Broken Bay will be required

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice, education and support to CatholicCare’s Services and staff within Seniors, NDIS, and Home Care clients. You will provide clinical support, training and supervision to staff delivering clinical management plans to clients and contribute to the development of those plans.
You will be the voice and advocate for our clients and will have experience with speaking to senior managers, allied health professionals as well as hospital employees from various departments. Critical is your ability to create affective systems to assist you in managing a large client base and assisting non clinical employees with the care and appointments needed to ensure optimal health of our clients.

Role will be based at Pennant Hills NSW.
DUTIES
- Providing training for our employees to ensure a high level of clinical practice, in areas such as medication management, tube feeding, epilepsy care.
- Being able to answer questions raised by staff.
- Completing assessments of our participants, such as annual health reviews.
- Dynamic hands-on role, working with our participants and employees to deliver high quality clinical care.
