Tell me more…The CNC will assist in the development and provision of Acute and Primary Health Care Services, mentoring and supporting the primary health care clinicians throughout TCHHS. They are a key member of the multidisciplinary team, providing educational support to others, planning and evaluating nursing care and providing clinical supervision and nursing leadership as required.
