EXCITING LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED REGISTERED NURSE!

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit as a Clinical Nurse. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of clinical excellence by providing guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. As a Clinical Nurse, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to lead the team, enhance patient outcomes, and help shape the future of critical care at St Andrew’s.

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring best practices are followed in delivering patient care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to monitor and improve the performance of nursing staff, offering mentoring and coaching.
• Lead quality initiatives and projects aimed at improving patient care and outcomes.
• Work closely with medical officers and other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Hold responsibility for a portfolio of work and support Clinical Managers in driving organizational change.
  Hours: Flexible Work Hours: Enjoy a flexible 14-day roster, with a mix of early, late, and night shifts. Minimum of 0.6 FTE (45 hours per fortnight).
