Description:
CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER I (PERMANENT – FULL-TIME)
- Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Mental Health.
- Have a strong clinical nursing background.
- A Management qualification is desirable.
- Ability to support management & staff in service delivery.
- Evidence of good interpersonal, communication, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Have ability to co-ordinate and motivate staff on your ward.
