Responsibilities:

Enhanced Care refers to the need for additional or extraordinary care, beyond what is provided for within average daily staffing levels.
The role of the Enhanced Care CNM is to establish, manage and implement the development of the Enhanced Care programme across CHI. The Enhanced Care CNM3 will also assist with the end-to-end process of all recruitment and interviews of all HCAs coming into CHI. They will liaise closely with ward managers and HCAs in this respect.
The successful candidate will be required to lead the enhanced care programme across CHI. The post holder will develop, plan and co-ordinate in collaboration with the responsible clinical teams in conjunction with the CCNE a training and development programme for enhanced carers and staff across CHI.
