The Clermont MPHS is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (School Based Youth Health) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure client-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of client care and provides leadership and support to other school staff within the Clermont and Dysart High Schools and Middlemount Community School.
About the Team
The School Based Youth Health Nurse position is based at the local High Schools of Clermont, Dysart and Middlemount during term times and forms a close relationship with the Education sector.
Clermont MPHS is a 32-bed facility that has recently consolidated from two sites to one. The facility comprises 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 x aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include Aged Care, Accident & Emergency (A&E) services, inpatient services, Community Health and Allied Health outpatient clinics and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
