  • Be a qualified registered nurse
  • Knowledge of continence and urology care
  • To work autonomously with individuals in a variety of settings ensuring the delivery of high standards of care in the promotion of continence and management of incontinence
  • A Self-starter, motivated to build your network, while managing your own case load of patients
  • An organised and focused team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to form strong relationships with colleagues and patients easily and quickly
  • Full driving licence

Our Clinical Nurse Specialist team really love what they do! Working in partnership with our NHS colleagues to provide educational and clinical support for the treatment of patients with urology and continence conditions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding team who will promote your growth as a health care professional. Whilst being a specialised role, this role will really offer you variety as you will be providing expert quality patient guidance and care in both clinical and homecare settings.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Taking referrals from NHS colleagues in both urology and continence care
  • Continence Assessments and subsequent teaching, eg Intermittent Catheterisation/ Sheaths
  • Offering excellent clinical support to a range of urology and continence patient
  • To work in collaboration to develop a caring service for individual clients in their home/clinics
  • Providing education to both patients and clinical colleagues
  • Actively seeking out business opportunities on behalf of the company
  • Providing additional resource to NHS colleagues in clinics if requested
