MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Nursing Education.
• Specific unit certificates/diplomas as relevant (e.g., Emergency Centre, Operating Theatre, Critical Care Unit).

FUNDAMENTAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years in a Clinical Role as a professional nurse.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years as a peer mentor.
• 1-2 years in a capacity as a workplace evaluator.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Join us in orchestrating top-tier training and development programs to ascertain the competence of all nursing staff members. This role encompasses induction, training, risk evaluations, and pivotal tasks in collaboration with an array of health facilities, both private and governmental.
