Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial stability. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for several new hires for various remote roles.
As an essential part of the Clinical Operations Team based in Latin America, you will forge meaningful connections with cancer patients and work collaboratively with diverse teams to facilitate their enrollment in the most suitable clinical trials. At Massive Bio, the work environment fosters ongoing cooperation among clinicians, clinical oncologists, patient recruitment experts, business intelligence managers, and artificial intelligence developers.
As a vital member of the Clinical Operations Team, this role will be reporting directly to the Executive VP of Global Clinical Operations.

The primary duties will include:

  • Evaluating oncologic patients.
  • Utilizing our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for adequate follow up of patients.
  • Leading the case management team across the United States and internationally.
  • Generating detailed reports on patient matching outcomes.
  • Present patient updates in front of clients.
  • Coordinate with clients the process eligible patients will go through.
  • Coordinate with clinical trial sites and patients enrollment process into the trial.

Candidate profile:

  • Medical degree with at least four years of experience in patient care and research.
  • Knowledge in oncology.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in understanding various healthcare data types such as claims, EMR, and NGS testing.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and go the extra mile as required.
