As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. In this role you will support both our hospital customers as well as our sales team. The core focus of the role is to provide both clinical and product education with a focus on helping our customers improve patient care, outcomes, and clinical workflow.
As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide product education through planned evaluations and implementations including both on-site at the hospital as well as virtual
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of annual clinical studies with customers including collecting and analyzing the data captured, prepare, develop, and lead a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the findings and results
- Work closely with the Regional Director, Account Managers, Specialists and other team members to develop and complete account plans and collaborate with clinical customers on how to best integrate the use of our products into clinical protocols to reduce adverse patient events
- Travel as required (up to 75% of the time)
