Do you have a passion for Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)? Are you an experienced nurse looking to try something new? Do you enjoy supporting and teaching others?
We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our team as Clinical Practice Educator for BMT. To ensure that our Regional Transplant Centre is maintaining the highest standards of competencies, skills, and knowledge in delivering BMT/CT. You’ll need to be an enthusiastic individual with an interest in education and you will be able to develop teaching skills, whilst having a positive impact on patient care and experience.

- Develop education strategies in partnership with the clinical area and senior clinical educator to deliver innovative ward/department-based education
- Support staff to complete their BMT training, yearly assessment, and statutory and mandatory training
- Deliver education throughout the division and partner areas about BMT
- Provide opportunities for professional development
- Respond to local and Trust-wide clinical training needs
Responsibilities:
