Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift
Under the general direction of the Neuroscience (NS) Service Line Director and in collaboration with operational and executive leadership, supports and facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of NS Service Line programs (e.g., Stroke, Tele-stroke, Spine, Neuro-Diagnostic). Leads, facilitates and mentors individuals/teams/committees to assure the successful organization and execution of processes to achieve compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards, quality patient outcomes, and patient safety. The NS Program Coordinator must have outstanding collaborative, communicative, and administrative skills that will promote advancement of the NS service line’s vision, attentive customer service, and patient care excellence. The NS Program Coordinator will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team growth and development, constructive input, collegiality, and trust, thereby contributing to PAMC’s mission, quality strategic plan, and community commitment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing, Business, Education, Applied Behavioral Science, Hospital Administration, or related subject.
- upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 5 years Professional and analytical experience as well as project management and process improvement.
- 3 years Experience in healthcare.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree Nursing, Business, Applied Behavioral Health Science, Hospital Administration or related field.
- 2 years Experience in Trauma Registry and trauma care systems at the community, state, or national level.
- 1 year Experience in the interpretation of regulatory standards.
- 2 years Experience with electronic health records.
