• Schedule: Full-time 1.0 FTE days | Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays only as necessary

• Location: Appleton, WI

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.

• Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
• Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
