**Clinical Program Manager

This position provides guidance and leadership for activities supporting system-wide CPS Cancer Institute strategic initiatives under the direction of the GVP and Executive Director, CPS Cancer Institute and in collaboration with the system-wide Cancer Leadership Council. The program manager is a strategic thinker and can drive strategic alignment across the Cancer Institute, Research, Lines of Business and develop and execute strategic initiatives from conception to implementation under the direction of the GVP and Executive Director. This role will provide thought partnership and strategic support through the successful scoping, completion, and implementation of key strategic initiatives, spanning Institute strategies, product strategies, and partnerships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate degree
• 3 years Work experience in healthcare or a comparable background with clinical/project leadership experience
• Experience working with financial and clinical data within Cancer or other clinical specialties to discern focus of improvement activity
• Experience collaborating with a variety of Cancer management and leadership teams whether contract or private practice

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience co-leading groups of clinicians in support of clinical development to reach timely and effective/efficient outcomes
• Experience within Cancer clinical and/or administrative/operational roles
• Successful experience working with clinicians in a Cancer program
• Experience with Cancer care delivery models and technology
• Knowledge of project management, process improvement including CAP, Lean, Six Sigma
• Knowledge of working with clinicians in a Cancer program
• Knowledge of Cancer care delivery models and technology
