Responsibilities:

Through compassionate and evidence-based psychological intervention, you will help our service users navigate the emotional and cognitive effects of brain injury, stroke, and progressive neurological conditions.
Your impact:
- Conduct psychological assessments to understand the needs of each individual and develop tailored care plans that address their unique challenges
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, helping service users adjust to life-changing injuries or conditions and reach their full potential
- Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes
- Collaborate with a diverse, interdisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure holistic care that integrates physical and psychological rehabilitation
- Support families and carers, giving them the tools and understanding to help their loved ones recover and thrive
- Play an integral role in the continuous development of a service that changes lives, contributing your expertise to service improvement initiatives
