Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 7 Clinical Psychologist within the Camden Neurology and Stroke Service. The post is a full time community job carrying out home visits; the base at St Pancras Hospital, although agile working is supported.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.
The team provides specialist rehabilitation which includes a community neurological rehabilitation pathway for acute and progressive conditions as well as a stroke early supported discharge pathway. The team supports and provides therapy input for people with a wide range of neurological diagnoses/ conditions and has strong links with local acute trusts including UCLH (NHNN) and RFH.

The Camden Neurology and Stroke Service embraces innovative and evidence based ways of delivering services and strives to provide a high quality service for all, aiming to support and nurture colleagues and team-members, to challenge and continually improve practice. The team includes Speech and Language therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Clinical Neuropsychologists and Rehabilitation Assistants. Team members work in an inter-disciplinary way to provide patient centred, goal focused therapy
