Clinical Receptionists are responsible for providing superior patient-focused experiences in scheduling appointments, resolving patient needs or concerns, and creating/updating patient accounts.
Job Description
The ideal candidate for a CLINICAL RECEPTIONIST with Penn Dental Medicine’s clinical departments will provide superior patient-focused experiences supporting the delivery of high-quality care.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Professionally greet & assist patients at the front desk of assigned clinical department.
  • Consistently demonstrate concern and courtesy for colleagues and patients, following up with individuals to ensure satisfaction with the level of service expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately gather/update update patient accounts.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns and/or provide support in connecting patients to department or party who can provide resolution.
  • Review appointment book in support of maintaining productive & efficient patient flow.
  • Dedication to learning and professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
