Description:
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Department of Surgery is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the research functions of Dr. Erdrich’s research projects. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be well-organized, and be highly motivated. The candidate should be able to work under the direction of the PI as well as collaborate with others on the research team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Program or Project Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for research program support, logistics endpoints, and organizational tasks to fulfill the research strategy.
- Under direction of the PI, coordinate the study staff, provide support to the external research partners, develop system processes for biospecimen transfer and data transfer between facilities, schedule meetings, update records for the IRB, and ensure the team’s timely completion of organizational tasks that build and maintain the flow of the research intervention.
- May assist with ordering/maintaining laboratory supplies/equipment as needed.
- Attend required team meetings.
