The Clinical Research Financial Analyst I is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the facilities/sites assigned. It is the responsibility of the Clinical Research Financial Analyst I to ensure that all financial statements prepared are accurate. The Clinical Research Financial Analyst I is also responsible for assisting with overall business planning, budgeting, trend analysis and evaluation of the department’s services and performance.

Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED required. Entry level or anyone starting with less than 3 years of direct experience.
Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Excellent communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills required. Must be self- motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision and a critical thinker. Must be flexible, able to meet deadlines and adaptable to change. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Clinical Research administration experience preferred. Experience with budget preparation, business planning, and trend analysis. Experience in financial analysis and reporting on specified quantitative and qualitative data. Patient based billing experience preferred. Apply a critical thinking process to achieve a positive outcome.
