POSITION SUMMARY

This position establishes and oversees the execution of an ambitious and comprehensive recruitment strategy roadmap and specific recruitment plan for clinical research recruitment. Responsible for delivering on time, on budget and on scope, book of work to drive business performance and achieve performance targets specifically related to clinical research recruitment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Nursing, Business, Marketing or related field.
3-5 years of clinical research experience; relevant recruitment experience with clinical trials preferred. Knowledge and work experience in clinical trial and pharmaceutical industries; demonstrated understanding of the clinical trial process; Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets. Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to prepare correspondence and presentations, and create and generate spreadsheets and reports. Evening/weekend work required as necessary to meet recruitment goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise and demonstrated expertise in translating insight into patient centered research campaigns that delivers high quality leads to clinical trials. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
