Position Title: Clinical Scheduler
Job Summary: The Clinical Scheduler ensures efficient care delivery by organizing schedules, managing documentation, and communicating with patients, clinicians, and staff. This role focuses on maintaining smooth operations and supporting the interdisciplinary team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
- Experience in a fast-paced medical setting (required).
- Knowledge of Home Health (preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient with computers and the Internet.
- High school diploma or GED (required).

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and update clinician schedules to ensure full coverage.
- Communicate with clinicians, managers, and office staff via phone, email, and EMR.
- Assign patients to the right team members based on needs and clinician availability.
- Adjust schedules to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Handle patient inquiries about care start dates (SOC/ROC).
- Support on-call staff and manage PRN visit coverage.
- Enter visit orders and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with referral calls and other administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
