We are seeking a visionary leader who will lead the Clinical Science organization across North America, Europe and India. As the Clinical Science Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clinical innovation strategy through deep collaboration and co-creation with customers. You will be part of the R&D team in our Precision Diagnosis, Magnetic Resonance (MR) Business Unit.

• Lead concept co-creation, clinical co-creation, clinical evaluation and research site support.
• Drive the below aspects of Clinical Science strategy;
• Strategic alignment on research priorities
• Support for grant funding when needed
• Annual connect on research progress
• Provide secondary research support
• Assess research study proposals
• Align with regional team
• Build and maintain a global network of key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Collaborate with Clinical Marketing, Domain Software and global KOL customers in devising & executing the anatomy based Clinical Roadmap for the MR Business.
• Build thought leadership and peer-to-peer influencing through direct support.
• Luminary sales support and marketing.
• Co-creation and discovery of meaningful technology and clinical solutions based on strong insights on unmet clinical needs.
• Conduct early clinical validation of research ideas and products and manage risks.
• Monitor and report on emerging trends, threats, and opportunities.
• Deliver educational program to build strong clinical knowledge base across the company.
