Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Specialization in Medical/Clinical genetics or PhD in genetics
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical genetic diagnostics experience
- Previous experience working with molecular biology and human genetics
- Detailed knowledge of molecular genetic testing and counselling methods used in diagnostic laboratories
- Self-motivated with high levels of personal drive and energy
- Ability to work with a diverse team of experts
- Excellent knowledge and application of English, both oral and written, particularly in the area of medical writing and publication
- Knowledge of further written language is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of WES/WGS data and selecting medically relevant variants linked to the patient phenotype
- Providing clinical report to clinician
- Assisting in analysis of single genes, panels, and other tests being offered by CENTOGENE
- Collaborate with CENTOGENE’s Clinical reporting team in the analysis and interpretation of genetic disorders
- Active role in validating/evaluating new software or relevant programs/tools that will improve the diagnostic accuracy, and streamline Bioinformatics and medical Reporting workflows
- Represent CENTOGENE at medical conferences and to clients
- Publish clinical and laboratory findings in peer reviewed journals
