ULTIMATE CARE BISHOP SELWYN - CLINICAL SERVICE MANAGER
We are looking for a Clinical Services Manager for our Bishop Selwyn facility in Christchurch.
We are privileged to provide our Residents and their families with the care they require. We pride ourselves in creating a high quality of life and providing a sense of home and family for our Residents and our staff. Our excellent people in this amazing location provide exceptional care.
This is a significant leadership position supporting the Facility Manager and leading the Nursing workforce. You normal working days will be Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Must have minimum 4 yrs NZ RN experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant Clinical Manager experience.
- You will inspire your staff to create a high performance culture.
- You will also be a commercially competent coach and leader, able to embrace IT systems with proficiency in planning and organizational management.
- Inter Rai trained - advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- As Clinical Services Manager you will provide clinical leadership and management working closely with the Facilities Manager.
- Group support is provided to set you up to be successful and includes a Clinical Advisory
- Group within which you would be an active participant.
- In this hugely rewarding role, you will experience a wide variety of clinical challenges.
- You will get to interact with a diverse team consisting of Nursing staff, families, allied health professionals and also get to develop long term relationships with our Residents.
