Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse - RSU

Our successful Sister/ Charge Nurse will be able to work alongside the existing team in a leadership role to assist in the enhancement anddevelopment of Respiratory services, with a particular focus on the delivery of high-quality care within a busy and acute environment. You will bein charge of the clinical shift and dedicated to ensuring the planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of care embedding theTrusts behaviours and values. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well a passion for improvement and be committed to the developmentof your team. You will need to be calm and resilient with the ability to deal with challenging situations ensuring you are able to provide support tojunior members of the team and maintain patient safety.
Successful candidates will actively assist and support the ward manager to ensure theeffective management of the ward and deputize in their absence. You must be flexible in being able to work as part of a 24-hour service. The unit will be caring for patients with complex respiratory conditions and as a trust we will be committed in supporting your developmentprofessionally and personally
