Description:
The Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team is part of a wider County Durham and Darlington Neurodevelopmental Pathway. Since our service transition in 2021 we have developed positive relationships with partner agencies across social care, education, health and voluntary sector. The post holder will work closely with these agencies, screening referrals and making joint decisions about whether they might benefit from a neurodevelopmental assessment as a multi-agency panel. The post-holder will lead clinicians in high standard neurodevelopmental assessments, take part in MDT huddles and attend complex case discussions with professionals from wider CAMHS teams and external services
