The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Clinical Specialist for Dental Solutions Export Markets, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading internal and external trainings and workshops
• Organising, implementing and facilitating customer events (end user) including lectures and workshops
• Supporting and collaborating with Channel and Demand Generation Team to help drive business growth
• Managing, building and strengthening relationships with key Dental HCP / Opinion Leaders

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• University degree in dentistry

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2-5 years of experience as a dentist and or work experience in a similar clinical role with another dental products company

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• All applicants should be fluent in English
• The ability to speak more than one language will be an advantage e.g. French, Arabic or any East European language.
• This additional knowledge is an advantage:
• Good presentation skills
• Experienced trainer
• Good communication skills – able communicate information simply and clearly
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Good planning and prioritisation skills
• Ability to retain and share knowledge
• Quick learner
• Good problem solving skills

Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic / international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
