We are looking for a Clinical Standards Lead (CSL) to join our growing team of WCA disability analysts. Our new Clinical Standards Lead will provide expert advice and support to new and tenured healthcare practitioners, completing medical reports and providing advice to the department for work and pensions.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A WCA Approved Healthcare Professional (Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years working as an Approved Healthcare Professional with Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit.
KNOWLEDGE:
Must have a good understanding of Work Capability Assessments and associated Legislation.
SKILLS:
Excellent report writing skills, able to communicate effectively, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Our clinical standards lead must be adaptable and able to support their teams during periods of rapid changes always maintaining a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Standards Lead for IPRS PFAS, you will be responsible for supporting your clinical managers in developing and fostering a culture of excellence with both quality and productivity. You will support with this through:
- - Coaching and mentoring of new and tenured colleagues
- - Review and analysis of MI data to understand trends locally and within the wider teams.
- - Developing supportive plans and implementing supportive measures for individual colleagues and teams to improve and drive a high level of service.
