Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine or Equivalent
- 1+ years experience as orthodontist or dentist, and deep knowledge of the orthodontic market (traditional ortho and clear aligners)
- Able to work in cross functional, matrixed environment
- Fluent in English, with strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent and hands – on environment
- Customer oriented
- Ability to travel 10% of the time, including internationally.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in treating patients with clear aligners systems
- Experience in customer service and sales
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to do product demonstrations in front of a small group.
- Strong time management skills
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Clinical Success Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Success Specialist will be in charge to giving a personalized customer experience to Spark new users and needs to have a deep knowledge around orthodontics and clear aligner treatments.
The Clinical Success Specialist will be liaising with Drs to address specific clinical questions, as well as supporting in the treatment design phase, cooperating with different stakeholders within the NA structure, such as design, education, marketing, support and commercial teams.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Spark Sales team to address clinical oriented questions.
- Onboard new Spark users, delivering training, education, and the best clinical support in the market.
- Review the Spark Clinical Preferences assuring the best results in the cases.
- Give the proper follow up to the new customers onboarded, by doing live case revisions periodically.
- Quality evaluation of the treatment plans performed by the designers.
- Accountable for meeting specific clinical related KPIs to ensure the best results for our doctors.
- Provides quick response and resolution to our Drs, clinical and specific product related needs and delivers a strong customer experience.
- Study competitive and adjacent products technologies.
- Clinical point of contact for the NA region.
- Required to performed other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
