Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide high quality Diagnostic Assessment and counseling services
- Develop treatment plans and aftercare plans to establish wellness and good outcomes
- Coordinate and engage team members for admissions and linkage to BH services
- Link to services and make program assignments
