QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12+ years).
- In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including strong command of the English Language
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving/decision making skills Proven leadership and team building skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Expert understanding of clinical supplies operations, legislations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills require
- Proven ability to design, present and implement specific plans to ensure high quality products and services and to ensure that all tasks maintain defined timelines to meet the goals of the study and departamental projects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
- Moderate mobility required.
- Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

Responsibilities:
SUMMARIZED PURPOSE:
Acts as a liaison with both internal and external stakeholders in the provision and marketing of department services. Builds and maintains executive level contacts both internally and externally to ensure service levels are maintained and clearly communicated. Collaborates with senior leadership and executive staff on strategic planning and business development. Oversees all aspects of department project and process improvement strategies utilizing metrics and key performance indicators to manage performance and end results. Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures that all contracted services and coordination are successfully delivered for each region.
- Manages projects and participates in strategic initiatives.
- Oversees implementation and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Provides troubleshooting and advice on individual project department issues as needed.
- Assists senior management with business development efforts to ensure the securing of new business by making presentations to sponsors, developing and reviewing bids and proposals, and conducting contract negotiations through to closure with the sponsor and BD.
- Participates in global and/or cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Contributes to the hiring, development and implementation of Global and Regional functions and plans.
- Ensures staff is trained according to company policies and procedures.
