Join our Team as a Clinical Support Officer (CSO). We are seeking a proactive Clinical Support Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to our team of health care professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and reporting, ensuring daily, weekly and end of month reports are delivered in a timely manner. Under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be required to maintain & update rosters, assist with workforce matters, support recruitment, payroll, and the staff replacement processes. You’ll also oversee resource management, documentation, and records management tasks to maintain compliance and operational excellence. Additionally, you’ll manage administrative aspects of meetings, from scheduling to minute-taking, and provide relief support to reception and administrative staff as needed. This is your opportunity to contribute and play a vital role in patient care delivery within the Perioperative Services.
