Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team based in Norwich, we are looking for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker that is passionate about recovery led care with a focus on promoting least restrictive practice on Rollesby Ward, our Psychiatric Intensive Care unit based at Hellesdon Hospital.
Rollesby Ward provides intense treatment for female service users who are at their most vulnerable. Our team provides care and treatment at the most critical time in their mental health recovery. There are several things we focus on as a team to provide a high standard of care: the design of our environment maximises safety, therapy and security. We also deliver our care alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled staff; our staff are specialist within mental health and we work with established staffing levels to minimise risks.
Rollesby Ward are currently involved within a Quality Improvement project focusing on activities provided to assist people with their recovery. We are looking at improving our psychology, complimentary therapy, occupational therapy and talking therapies which our staff are excited to take part in to develop. This focus coincides with our huge focus on least restrictive practices which is something we are proud of as a team.

You will need to attend mandatory and statutory training and aware of operational policy and procedures to ensure safe and high standard care is delivered alongside the team.
