Description:
The role will provide management, organisation, development, and the teams delivery of in-depth, specialist support to all matters related to clinical systems that are supported by the ICB’s Digital & IT department.. Plan and manage clinical systems support, migrations, training development and delivery to users. Implementation of a systems approach to best practice operating procedures in the use of clinical systems throughout the health community. Development of policies and procedures to support clinical system use.
Facilitate and manage relationships and supplier contracts of digital solutions with the Associate Director and/or Deputy Head of Digital & IT and IT contracts manager. Ensure support is provided within appropriate timescales, and to the levels of quality determined by the service model. Plan and implement delivery of clinical systems and associated NHS digital solutions work packages. Work closely with Digital & IT colleagues to achieve the overall aims of the department, and the wider ICB
