Job Title: Clinical Team Administrator
Responsible to: Team Lead for WSIC
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £11:50 to £13:50 per hour (DOE)
Location: Willesden Medical Centre
Expected start date: 09/09/2024

JOB SUMMARY:

The role is primarily based in Willesden within the Whole Systems Integrated Care (WSIC) project team but may involve cross working on other key and exciting projects should the need require. The Administrator will support the K&W Healthcare professionals and Member GP Practices in general administration duties and be part of a team involved in delivering quality healthcare across the network. They will also form part of the regular meetings to discuss individual patient health and support and provide clear and concise minutes of meetings for distribution. Regular reporting to the Project Lead and management team, liaising with the network of 27 GP Practices and assisting in co-ordination of patient care, the post holder needs to be able to use initiative and work equally well alone and as a team, with the motivation to achieve tasks within defined timelines.

The post holder will receive excellent support and learning from the small and efficient project team. Preferably with experience in medical sector,

  • Preferably with knowledge of EMIS and Docman
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Punctuality is a must.
  • Basic IT knowledge is required

Responsibilities:

  • Central network and team administration
  • Maintain records and data collection accurately using Word and Excel skills
  • Ensure that all paper and electronic filing systems are kept updated
  • Receive, manage and distribute incoming central e-mails accordingly
  • Liaise with offsite team members and the GP Practice Network
  • Communicate efficiently with individuals and groups both written and verbally
  • Attend, support and assist organisation of regular team Healthcare meetings
  • Prepare, distribute and take minutes at meetings
  • Find and provide requested data / information using agreed procedures
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills and prioritise work accordingly
  • Co-ordinate with Leads to ensure adequate supplies
  • Produce statistical information with regards to network/project requirements
  • Opportunity to learn GP and clinical record systems such as EMIS
  • Assist at off-site events and clinics when required
