Provide regular supervision and support to all staff that will include monitoring of caseloads and clinical practice. Supervision will also include reviewing standards of record keeping such as appropriate updating of assessments, care plans, risk management plans and carers assessments. Act as a member of the Mental Health Management Team and contribute to the development of policy formulation, planning and resource allocation. Assist in the investigation of complaints and incidents under the direction of the Community Mental Health Team Manager and or Service Manager/Associate Director.
Lead multidisciplinary / multiagency practice development and service improvement projects. Ensure that the Service User and Carers are actively involved in the planning and delivery of services in keeping with the Trusts engagement policies
