Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual with strong clinical leadership skills and experience to join the Hull 0-19 Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service for a 12 month secondment as a Clinical Team Leader to manage the SPOC Team. For external candidates a fixed term contract of 12 months will be considered.
As a clinical team leader, you will be a forward-thinking practitioner who is able to develop the SPOC team. You will have the ability to engage and work creatively in the current climate. You will have leadership experience and outstanding clinical skills, and you will be innovative and willing to try new things. As a service, we have an ethos that we all have a voice and can take responsibility for leading; the clinical team leader will provide professional governance and leadership to maintain this ethos within a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

supporting leadership staff to develop the team and service
Leading the team service delivery.
Line management and clinical leadership for staff within the team.
Manage clinical issues arising within the team day to day.
Ensuring a responsive, high-quality service is provided to the patients, staff and systems that access the service
Maintain compliance with the trust’s key performance indicators
Ensure the delivery of a safe, caring, responsive, high quality service for our service users, their families, and carers by ensuring compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and protocols.
