Description:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Team Secretary, to join our friendly team, within UCR and Community Therapy In Bassetlaw.
This to provide administration support to our team based in Retford.
Our service has 2 team Urgent community response and Community therapy. We provided home rehabilitation services to people requiring physical rehabilitation and support to enable timely discharge from hospital, as well as preventative ( hospital admission prevention) and proactive intervention to maintain physical health and wellbeing. Our team consists of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, Care coordinator and Community Rehabilitation Assistants providing rehabilitation support for adults to enable them to improve their function, maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
The post holder needs to have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Under the supervision of Team Leader and care coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely, confidential and professional manner.
Provide an efficient secretarial/administration support service
Produce high quality reports within agreed deadlines as required
To undertake office duties including diary management and message management, opening and distributing mail, operation of brought forward systems, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries.
Production of documents, typing , photocopying, collating of documents and electronic filing as well as general administration support services
To deal with requests and enquiries and forward them to the relevant team member
Facilitate meetings/investigations/producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance and accurate minute taking
To support with system one.
To support new starters with IT set up, Obs kits, system one, induction to new systems.
To collect and maintain accurate team information with regards to training undertaken, Clinical Supervision and any other database
To support and collect the data for the service as required.
Responsible for ensuring that accurate work is completed within the time limits and standards set
To work effectively both independently and as a team member
Resolve or signpost queries from patients, carers, internal departments and external agencies as appropriate
To undertake any other duties that would be a reasonable expectation of the role
