REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Lead the Clinical Transformation Specialists in all aspects relating to system customization and application requests.

• Support the development of optimized and efficient workflows within Clinical Transformation and organize an implementation plan.
• Guide adoption and evaluation activities for physician clinic practice sites to identify non-standard or non-compliant workflows and information gaps. Assess current system issues and provides training to leverage electronic medical record functionality that supports practice standards and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the local and physician clinic practice leadership to enhance the training experience and identify adoption and optimization strategies to achieve expected outcomes.
• Act a point of escalation, and mitigate the problems identified by office managers and physicians.
• Lead the Clinical Transformation Specialists by providing onboarding support, training and continuing education.
