REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline. E.g. registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers.
  • Experience in providing high level support to teams
  • Experience as an Aged Care Assessor
  • Willingness to obtain Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience in developing and facilitating learning and development activities
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and client management systems

Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Workplace Trainer, you will play a crucial role in providing our team with the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles with APM Assessment Services. You will ensure all team members are trained in accordance with Department of Health and Aged Care standards as well as APM mandated learning and development requirements.
