JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our European Corporate Trust business in Dublin (Cherrywood Office) to join the Middle Office team in Europe. We are seeking to appoint a Loan Operations Analyst who has knowledge of Collateral Debt Obligations (CDO & CLO) including Equity and loan set up, reconciliation of interest and principal. This highly motivated individual will be part of an existing team and be able to effectively manage the demands of the role as our business continues to grow.
The role holder will provide ownership of all functions required within this role.

- The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of CLO’s as a product – the operational processes, reporting and CLO compliance to provide the most rounded coverage in Dublin and add value to the client relationship. However we are open to candidates from a broader Loans background or relatable experience in financial services

Responsibilities:
- Accurately set up and maintain system of records for our portfolio of deals. Tasks include but not limited to applying Principal payments, PIK’s, Interest, fees, Rate sets.
- Daily deal reconciliation and creation of daily client deliverables
- loading and reconciling cash
- reviewing daily file and identifying breaks
- resolution of simpler breaks including identifying discrepancies using agent notices
- Field incoming inquiries and providing updates as requested
- Assist with trade processing (loading pending trades, settling trades)
- Reconciliation of cash and Par for reporting
- Review and respond to Analytic requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a current level of industry knowledge and comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable government regulations
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and have an ability to implement and monitor controls
