Description:
We are inviting applications for the role of a Closing Coordinator based in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. This role is integral to our operations and involves supporting sales by processing and closing sales contracts. The successful candidate will closely work with various community personnel and homebuyers to prepare closing documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the processing of sales contracts, addendums, and change orders using computer software for tracking.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all contracts and change orders submitted and ensure they have the necessary approval signatures.
- Collaborate with buyers and the title company to schedule closing and resolve issues that may hinder the process.
- Maintain and update Home Selections for new community start-ups.
- Manage the input of all options from the customer selections into the system.
- Oversee the distribution of contracts and change orders and maintain their files.
- Assist in the scheduling of all requirements for a timely walk and close in coordination with the Construction and Sales departments.
- Handle the communication with buyers regarding all aspects related to the closing of their new home.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
- Run backlog meetings and ensure that projections for the required number of key/closings are consistently met according to the project’s established goals.
- Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Contract Administration and Contract Management
- Experience in handling Addendums
- Familiarity with Compliance protocols and regulations
- Capable of High-Volume Data Entry tasks
- Ability to Resolve Discrepancies efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in Document Management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of standard office software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
