Description:
Fast growing Managed Service Provider in NYC area is looking for candidate with good talent on a full-time position to be part of there existing team with following experience in followings
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Switches, Access points and Firewall).
- Configure and install software, windows servers, routers and other network devices required for businesses.
- Monitor network performance and integrity and help defense cyber attacks.
- Resolve issue with tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure including Office 365 Business class email support and security.
- Automate security tasks and monitor their effectiveness to fight against major virus issues.
- Mentor team members on technical issues faced on field and Remote sites relating to performance, data integrity, security, emails and backups.
- Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
- Communicate with users when needed, troubleshoot and train as per requirement.
- Maintain complete technical documentations performed for records and publish to client along with network diagrams designed for the client.
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability and performing administration task for Remote access and site-to-site VPNs.
- Performing preventative maintenance for clients, including server updates, backups, anti-virus and application maintenance.
- Configure and maintain Exchange Server and Mail Clients on various Business Platforms.
- Install, Configuration and troubleshooting software related issues.
- Design, configure and test computer hardware.
- Provide support services for systems maintenance and Break fix issues.
- Participate in purchasing decisions for computer hardware and software for client specific needs.
- Maintain and configure Servers and firewalls.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
